My Story
Hi, my name is Megan Jayne and I am the founder of "The Moment Studio". To be honest, this company was a long time coming. I have been a practicing artist in Victoria for over a decade, and attended UVIC for visual arts, focussed mainly on sculpture and photography (is that some foreshadowing or what?). I am an euntrapreneur by trade, but a ture artist at heart. This company is the love child of those two passions.
I started "The Moment Studio" for two main reasons. I wanted to make large scale sculpture that had a purpose outside of being Art, and I saw a gap in the event rental business (an industry I had long desired to enter) that I knew I could fill. Today, The Moment Studio is where those ideas come to life—through sculptural, design-forward backdrops that are both functional and expressive. Each piece is created with intention, blending artistry and elegence to enhance the spaces and moments they’re part of. What began as a creative vision has grown into something more: a way to bring thoughtful design into meaningful celebrations. I’m so excited to share this work and be part of the moments that matter most.
